Green Patch Academy is an Online After-School Program which provides Academic Coaching (Malaysian National KSSR/KSSM Curriculum) for students aged 7 to 15 years old; as well as Skills Education which involves developing life skills, leadership, communication and creativity, which are key for children's development.
Here's What Your Child Will Learn:
- We help students to develop the strong foundational academic skills. They will learn the 4 core subjects: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics and Science.
- We help students build solid content knowledge through extensive teaching and studying.
- Students will be engaged with online and hardcopy learning materials to build comprehensive skills.
- We help students to enhance their skills by being exposed to a wide range of enrichment such as Creatives, STEM, Communication and Life Skills.
- We have our own supplementary materials to build up your child’s ability and confidence in mastering the subject matter.
- We have evaluation tests for each student. At the end of their learning, students will take an assessment. From the tests, we will be able to diagnose the particular weaknesses of the students, that will be highlighted for future remedy.
- We will monitor each child's progress and follow up with lessons they need help with. We do have report cards to track students result, prove to parents their improvement.
- We provide a safe and nurturing environment where it is natural and enjoyable for your child to learn.

What is Green Patch Approach to Teaching ?
- Group Learning - By understanding the learning needs of your child through assessments, we are able to establish appropriate goals, learning strategies and tailor a curriculum to attain them, one step at a time. Teachers coordinate the speed of learning of the group so that students can learn together.
- Self-Directed Learning Habits - In which students take responsibility for their own learning goals and outcomes. Through the program, students are put in an environment of LEARNING AT THEIR OWN PACE with ongoing guidance of our teachers, your child will be able to achieve this goal.
- Immediate Feedback - Our teachers will guide students to build up academic abilities by solving problems one after another on their own through necessary coaching rather than spoon-feeding.
- Small-Steps Approach - All materials are arranged in small steps in order to prevent a learner from stumbling as much as possible. They are organised into different topics and assessments that facilitates smooth progress for all learners.
- Mastery Learning - Students develop academic skills and confidence through necessary practices to increase their accuracy and understanding. In an environment where they are allowed to learn at their own pace, students have the opportunity to master the understanding and skills in the subject. This then LEADS TO MORE CONFIDENCE and OWNERSHIP OF THEIR OWN LEARNING and hence a greater interest in the subjects.
